We are looking for an enthusiastic female admin coordinator for the night shift with excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills to run office operations smoothly and support management in other business activities, implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies; monitoring administrative projects; maintaining a suggestion program.
– Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting
calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings, etc.)
– Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
– Developing and implementing new policies and processes.
– Resolves administrative problems by analyzing information;
identifying and communication solutions.
– Proven work experience as an Administrative Coordinator.
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
– Conflict problem solving and analytical skills.
– Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite.
– Reliable with patience and professionalism.
– Associate’s/College degree; BSc/Ba in business administration or
relevant field is a plus
– Experience in customer service will be a plus.
